Bio: Leah has been a serious yoga and Pilates practitioner for years. After a shoulder injury she started practicing Barre, fell in love and decided to become a Barre instructor.
She is also a certified Raw Food Detox counselor and leads 30 Day Group and one on one Supported Detox. She is presently studying for her clinical nutritionist certificate.
